Maifest in a Box
Maifest is a German festival that celebrates the arrival of spring, nature’s bright reawakening after winter’s cold and darkness. As an alternative to our traditional three-day MaiFest celebration, we are excited to announce “Maifest Celebration in a Box.” While it certainly won’t be the same as gathering together to celebrate this German spring festival, we hope individuals will support the Deutschstadt Heritage Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, by purchasing a box. The boxes will contain bottles of German beer, German pretzels, Landjäger sausage and Apple Kuchen bars (a traditional German apple cake). You can also add Maifest beer steins and Maifest T-shirts to complete your Maifest celebration.
