Are you interested in learning more about canning or freezing fresh produce from your garden or the farmer’s market? Attend a Food Preservation Question and Answer Session presented by Annette Landvatter, University of Wisconsin-Extension Volunteer Master Food Preserver.  Annette will discuss canning essentials and be available for answering your canning questions during this harvest season from your garden or purchases from the farmer’s market.  Look for the UW-Extension Washington County Food Preservation display the week prior to the session to learn more.  Research based resource materials will be provided to help you preserve safely for your family.
