Description

What happens when our sense of right and wrong is shaken to its core? This presentation explores moral trauma—psychological and spiritual distress that arises when deeply held beliefs and values are violated. Participants will learn how moral trauma develops, its impact on mental health and relationships, and evidence-based approaches to healing and resilience.
Participants will leave with an understanding of what moral trauma is, how it affects people, and what resources they can leverage to address and/or minimize the impacts.
