I started working with State Farm in 2015 after I was forced to learn all about insurance the hard way. I knew at that point I wanted to help people understand what these contracts of numbers really do and how important it is to have proper coverage. I had a goal of becoming an agent when I started working in an agents office in Schaumburg IL in 2015. The agent that hired me was a mentor of mine and helped me through each step of the process. He instilled in me that our purpose is to have a comprehensive conversation with our customers and put a plan in place that fully protects them and always puts their needs first. I have taken that to heart and always strive to do what is best for my customers and build a plan for them that completely covers them, their family and their finacial future.

Started at the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in June of 2019 as an Executive Assistant.
Became Executive Director of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in July of 2023.

I am passionate about helping businesses as a local staffing professional. My experience is well-rounded from supporting small start-up companies that need to hire their first employees, to large enterprise-sized businesses that need resources to keep initiatives moving forward.  I've always had a passion for supporting local companies and candidates where the impact helps our communities thrive one placement at a time. 

Thomas J. Lane (TJ) is an Associate Financial Advisor with the Sommersberger Group at Baird Wealth Management. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, he has extensive experience developing tax-efficient retirement income plans, optimizing investment allocations to align with risk tolerance, and designing long-term asset protection strategies. He monitors legislative and tax law changes that may affect our client base. Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance concentration. He currently resides in Germantown with his wife, Kristina, and children, Jake and Cassidy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, tennis and golf.

I began my dessert/catering business 20 years ago and have had my business in Chicago, Hawaii and Wisconsin. 

Ann is a a full-time professional in the Germantown/Menomonee Falls office of Shorewest Realtors. Ann holds six real estate designations, is NINJA Sales Certified and has training to her credit from many industry leaders.

But what really matters to Ann and her team, is guiding a new home buyer through the intricate process of buying a home; advising and consulting with today's seller on how to both buy a home and sell one at the same time. Her satisfaction is knowing that her customer's goals are being met and how those dreams can be realized in a timely and fruitful manner.
