GENERAL PURPOSE
The Customer Service Representative/Subscription Services is responsible for the care and maintenance of GSC contracts and subscription renewals.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages customer yearly maintenance contracts and subscription renewals
  • Makes warm calls into current customer base to encourage subscription renewal (20-30 calls per day)
  • Adds, changes, and maintains customer records in the CRM system
  • Manages subscription quoting and order processing
  • Provides backup administrative support for GSC staff and Customer Care team as needed, taking inbound customer calls and directing them to the best possible destination within the organization
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word required)
  • 2-5 years of relevant customer service and business experience
  • Previous experience interacting on the phone with customers (call center, inside sales) highly preferred
