David Pozorski joined Dielectric Manufacturing as Chief Operating Officer in August 2022. He is a people-first executive with 30 years of experience in business leadership, finance, sales, change management, production, engineering, Lean Operations, process management, efficiency enhancement, & workforce safety and compliance implementation. David is a high-energy, growth-minded executive who’s passionate about tackling challenges & believes incorporating humor and fun into work is essential. His career path includes 7 different industries – from mining to coatings to industrial/utility brushes to agriculture. Parallel to his corporate career, he served as a volunteer firefighter, EMT & dive rescue specialist for 13 years & was a captain for 2 area Fire Departments. He’s also volunteered time as program director for an area volleyball club & enjoys, cooking, camping, home projects and going to the movies.
